  • Seminyak Beach

    Seminyak Beach is a majestic 5km stretch of brown-sugar sand, where you’ll find beach bars, five-star hotels, beach clubs, and Seminyak’s very best restaurants just footsteps from the waves. Beginning on the outskirts of Kuta, trailing all the way up to the coastal corners of Canggu, Seminyak Beach is a holiday destination in itself.

  • Tanah Lot

    The dramatic and venerated sea temple of Tanah Lot is perched on a craggy wave-lashed rock just at the edge of the frothing white surf and glistening black shoreline. Dedicated to the sea spirits, it is probably the most photographed site in Bali, especially in the late afternoon when its splendid profile is silhouetted against the setting sun.

  • Taman Ayun Temple

    The village of Mengwi, about 19km from the villa, used to be the capital of a powerful seventeenth-century kingdom. Its famous temple, Pura Taman Ayun, was founded in the same era. Surrounded by a double moat filled with lotus flowers and lilies, this serene garden temple with its classic lawns is fairly quiet, and a lovely place to wander around.
